In “Link to url“ page types, there is a “URL” field to set de url for the redirect. This field cannot be translated, so, in multilingual sites, you cannot set a different url for each language.
It causes that we are redirecting links to the wrong language and people need to change the language at the destination website.
The solution would be to make that field localizable, as it is the “Name” field, or many other.
HI @oihana, so, “Link to URL” page types, along with all of the legacy “Widget” page types are in “Maintenance” mode. The more up-to-date approach for this requirement is to use Navigation Menus, and the URL option - it performs the same function, but without adding a new page to the site to simply act as a redirect.
However, the URL option for Navigation Menus also lacks the ability to have a localized URL (similarly, you can localize the Name).
Adding this reply here so that our Product team can consider adding the ability to have localized URLs for the URL Navigation Menu type.
