Silenced users have been "Unsilenced"!

Hi everyone,

I was informed by one of our users that their account had been blocked, and I dug around and found that they had been “Silenced” automatically by the platform because they were a new user typing too fast!

In addition to being done automatically, it doesn’t seem like I was informed.

Anyway, I found 3 other users in a similar state - so all 4 have been unsilenced!

Really sorry about that - I’ll check the settings and see if there’s something we can do about this in future!
