**What is the problem you are trying to solve?**The customer wants to restrict the display of document “Create AI Image” and “External Video Shortcut” individually for general users.
After testing, I found that if a user has “Documents & Media > Documents: Add Document” permission, “Create AI Image” and “External Video Shortcut” also appears.

What is your proposed solution?

Add settings or permissions to hide “Create AI Image” and “External Video Shortcut” respectively.
This is because there are use cases where it is not necessary to display these features to specific users.

Agree! We can control permissions for Document Structures, so different users can submit different types of documents, but we can’t control these two options.
