Is machine-readable release information available for free-tier-releases?

The Healthchecks app traditionally comes with an up-to-date-check, which needed to distinguish between CE and DXP.

This was about to require an update for the drop of CE and introduction of the free tier. Given that machine-readable information has changed, and Ben’s mention that “yyyy-Qn.0” will not be a proper criteria to figure out if a release is in the free tier or not:

Will there me machine-readable information (preferably on https://releases.liferay.com/releases.json or a release’s release.properties) that an updated healthcheck could watch out for? Or will I need to maintain such a directory myself manually?
