What is the problem you are trying to solve?
The customer wants to restrict the display of document “View History” and “Copy to” for general users.
After testing, I found that if a user has “Download” permission, “Copy to” also appears.
Additionally, I cannot find a permission to hide only “View History.”
“View History” remains visible even when all permissions except “View” are removed.
What is your proposed solution? (optional)
Add settings or permissions to hide “View History” and “Copy to” respectively.
This is because there are use cases where it is not necessary to display these features to specific users.

Hey @Taro_Shimada, thanks for starting the thread. If the user can Donwload a document and also upload, the copy to would be just a shortcut for what the user would be already able to execute. Do you mean that users that can only download and not add are able to execute this action? Also, about view history, this is the current behavior, also implemented on the new CMS, this is a point we can explore, we won't be implementing on the current CMS, if we decide to move on that direction would be on the new CMS only.
