Currently, the Blogs component does not provide a native configuration option to disable the display of the author’s name in both the portal UI and the page source code. Achieving this requires custom development

Introduce a native configuration property within the Blogs component that allows administrators to disable the author’s name visibility (both in the user interface and in the rendered source code) without requiring customizations.

In our new CMS, as the content is decoupled from the experience, the information you are going to be displaying there is fully up to the team building the page. In this case, the info would become optional.

For the legacy blogs, we moved to maintenance mode, which means we are no longer evolving and adding new capabilities, for this reason, I will move this request to not-priority.
