Is Liferay Marketplace still the place to publish new or updated Apps? Apparently the list of supported versions wasn’t updated within the last 5 or 6 months to list current versions:

Now I can enter all the versions, however, fyi: for what felt like 4 minutes, the submission was stalled on this animation and only finished once I was ready to enter this post as another follow-up bug report. Now the bug is just the excessive timing, at least I see the latest submission in my submitted apps list.
in hindsight, this might have been the time it took to upload the individual submitted modules for each version. The message says "...is being sent to Liferay", but it'd help to know that there is indeed some data transferred (in clearer words), rather than 4 minutes of animation. Yes, I know, I'm "sending data to Liferay" with this UI, but the animation is likely actually cover data being uploaded at this time - The word "uploaded" instead of "sent" would likely not have caused worries about this process hanging.
