Liferay Cloud Console already provides alert configurations for CPU, memory, VPN, and scaling (see screenshot).
It would be very useful to also receive alerts when any cloud service restarts automatically. This would help in two ways:

We could be notified by email before the customer notices and reports it.

It would assist us in determining appropriate threshold values for Liferay and identifying potential issues earlier.
