Thanks for flagging. Aligning the admin-order and delivery-cart comment payloads so the same resource looks the same across endpoints is the right call, and exposing the modified date is a straightforward gap to close. This fits our direction on headless API consistency and is on our longer-term roadmap no firm date, but it’s a contained fix we’ll look to slot in.
