Allow guest user to post data in specific object using service access policy

Is there way to provide guest access to specific object to post object entries using Service Access Policy.

@dnebing Thanks . I am able to post data in object with guest role. I will make it secure by adding captch and rate limiting and workflow as you suggest . Thanks.
