The Attachment field of Object Widget Form allows for file download, but after rendering the Object in a Form Container, the File Upload Field of Form Container does not permit downloads.

From a point of consistency, please consider permitting downloads in the File Upload Field of the Form Container. The attachment demonstrates the inconsistency that has been observed.
