Some custom fragments configuration fields has complex meaning and/or interactions with others, so could be useful to add more information for the editor about their purpose.
“Description” is useful but in specific case not enough (or best solution, due to length of its content)

Add also a “tooltip” json value, to add one to a specific field in which is possibile to insert more indications for the editors.
The idea is the same of OLD webcontent edit structure (until 7.1 version), in which additional details could be inserted and presented to users in this way
