# Upgrade 2026Q1.9 t o 2026Q3.6 - Error with CMSBulkTaskAction

Hi,

I have an environment on a DXP2026Q1.9 where I activated the new CMS, so it create all the objects associated like :

- L\_20115\_CMSBasicWebContent
- L\_20115\_CMSBlog
- L\_20115\_CMSBulkActionTask
- etc

I tried to upgrade to the DXP2026Q3.6 but I get the error :

`at com.liferay.portal.kernel.upgrade.UpgradeProcess.upgrade(UpgradeProcess.java:130) ~[portal-kernel.jar:?]`

So I checked the Github : [GitHub - liferay/liferay-portal · GitHub](https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal)  
And specifically the `CMSBulkActionTaskTaskResultUpgradeProcess`

So if understand well :

- I got in [CMSBulkActionTaskTaskResultUpgradeProces](https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/blob/d3d40124cdf010650a13ef44f0d4009100b819d3/modules/apps/site/site-cms-site-initializer/src/main/java/com/liferay/site/cms/site/initializer/internal/upgrade/v2_0_0/CMSBulkActionTaskTaskResultUpgradeProcess.java#L56) the method that add a new ObjectFIeld with the parameter for the label being :
  - HashMapBuilder.put([LocaleUtil.US](http://LocaleUtil.US), “Task Result”).build()
  - SO only the US langage

- But in [ObjectFieldLocalServiceImpl](https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/blob/d3d40124cdf010650a13ef44f0d4009100b819d3/modules/apps/object/object-service/src/main/java/com/liferay/object/service/impl/ObjectFieldLocalServiceImpl.java#L1963), the AddMethod finish with a validateLabel that validate the localized label but using the Locale Site Default
- My site is in French by Default, I don’t even have the en\_US activated
- So when it checked the label of the new ObjectField that was created only with the [LocalUtil.US](http://LocalUtil.US) on my French Liferay, it create an exception

Is it because of that wokflow I have the problem ?  
How can I upgrade from Q1.9 to Q3.6 with this problem ?
