Managing design consistency across multiple sites in Liferay has always required discipline, patience, and a lot of copy-paste. Design Libraries change that.In this session, we’ll introduce Design Libraries, the new Liferay DXP feature that lets teams centralise style books, master pages, page templates, and fragments into a single governed source of truth, shareable across all your sites.We’ll cover the why from a product perspective: the governance problems Design Libraries solves, how it fits into multi-site architectures, and what it means for organisations managing complex digital ecosystems. Then we’ll move to the how: a technical walkthrough of the feature’s building blocks, configuration, and extension points from a developer’s point of view.We’ll close with a live demo in two acts. First, we’ll create a site manually, connect it to a Design Library, and show how easily you can control the site’s appearance from a single source.
